As Russia walked into the meeting room he heard whispers, ones he could not understand or hear. He walked over to America, the one who started this rumor or gossip no doubt, and smiled at him.
"What is going on?" He let his voice become sweet and innocent, even if he was not that himself.
"Commie! Didn't 'cha here?! A new country, persona-whatever!  It's another girl and-" The American was cut off by the doors opening and everyone hushing. A girl no older than eighteen walked in and Russia walked-along with about the whole world- closer to get a better look at her, but her head was down. She lifted her head and looked back at him with a smiled and tilts her head. Around him he heard gasps of either fear or shock at the new Nations appearance. She had double colored eyes with two different pupils; her icy blue eye had a smaller pupil with her neon green had a larger one.
"What? Are my hot looks overloading your small brains? I am Antarctica." The gi- Antarctica proclaimed loudly with a flip of long snow white hair.
"Good, now that we have you introduced we can start. You will be seated next to Russia. Everyone Seats, NOW!" Germany yelled over everyone. People started sitting down while Russia walked up to Antarctica.
"I am Russia. This way, da?" I said and led her to the seats. She sat down wordlessly and I did the same. I looked at the new country again, she was wearing a opened gray coat with fur lining the hood and base, a black long sleeved shirt and blue jeans tucked into white knee high combat boots.
"What are you looking at?" She snapped at me.
"Sorry…" I muttered and went back to gazing into the air.
~After the Meeting~
I left the meeting room and walked into the parking lot, only to see Antarctica screaming and kicking at a motorcycle.
"Do you need a ride?" I asked motioning to my silver Lada Granta* next to her moped.
"Yeah, I guess." She grumbled stomping over to my car and getting in the passenger's side. I got in a started driving to the hotel the host nation had booked. Though to the Artic girls disappointment when she got to the room I was there.
"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?! YOU FUCKING STALKER!"  She screamed at the top of her lungs and I gave her a confused look.
"…I am afraid you are mistaken. Room 394 is supposed to be my room." I said slowly. "Why don't we go to the lobby and um…Put the icepick/sword down…"  She put the sword/icepick down and dragged me to the lobby. I went up to them with a dark aura.
"You have double booked a room, you can do something about that, da? Or do I have to do it for you?" I growled and kol'd lightly. The lady's eyes widened and she shrunk back in fear.
"U-umm I-I-I a-am sorry M-M-M-Mr. I-Ivan T-There –Ar-Are n-no rooms a-available!" She cried  jumping back when I reached over to pull the computer around. I looked up any available rooms and there were none.
"FUCK MY DAMN LIFE!" The girl screamed stomping her foot in anger. "You, are sleeping on the floor!" And with that she stormed back up to the room. With a sigh I followed her she stopped at the door suddenly, which caused me to trip and fall. On her. Automatically I made sure I landed on the ground instead of her, though it made it worse. We landed and I felt something warm on my lips…It was her lips. I froze but closed my eyes as she pressed her lips to mine slightly harder.  I kissed back and frowned slightly when she pulled back.
"I…I think I'm…Jeg elsker deg…" She whispered and like most country's I understood automatically*.  
"YA tozhe tebya lyublyu" I said with a smiled.
"Love…At first sight…" She laughed and shook her head at me.
"No, awkwardness at first sight."
